Having worked with complete dedication and perseverance for 3 years with renowned companies and exceptional teams showed me a path to walk on. Being a part of operations and parallelly working with development helped me recognize the importance of synergy between teams and strength of precise process design. This inspired me to learn multiple tools, technologies and processes making me technically better and amalgamating with multiple teams to get the better efficiency and superior quality of output.
My professional journey began with Tata Consultancy Limited, it was a grand stage for me to learn, to upgrade, to evolve and to step into the world where people bring their ideas into reality. I went through my first professional training and by the time I finished my training I was already offered my IT Project.
I got an opportunity to be part of Level 2 production support team for 3 different trading applications. Mainly my job is to respond and resolve anomalies related to trade booking and responsible software, automated batches, web applications and databases.

When pandemic struck the entire globe, there emerged a need for smart assistant which could assist the businesses in stabilizing the chaos. That was the moment when our Machine Learning system came into existence. It was designed to read thousands of mails in a day and segregate the user issues from other less important mails and create incident tickets. It was extremely helpful to our team but it also lacked efficiency and accuracy. I was given the responsibility to improve it's algorithm to increase efficiency and accuracy and reducing the time taken to process the mails.
I was trying to build apps and services to test their potential that's when I came up with an idea, why not build my own home server and deploy all my budding ideas on it. Here's when Home Lab came to life.
When the Home Lab was in place then emerged need for keeping eyes on my server but it was not possible to always keep monitoring. So to solve my monitoring challenge I built a Live monitoring dashboard.
